Kat takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare and work from a biopsychosocial framework that considers all aspects of what it means to be human: the physical, emotional, social and spiritual encounters we have in our daily lived experience. Kat care about helping women have more ease in their body as they move through the hormone cycles of life and helping people with chronic pain learn tools to move beyond their limitations.
